Our reading and phonics enrichment tracks operate as closed, specialized cohorts of exactly 6 students or less (minimum of 4 students to launch). The instructor dedicates one specific day per week to each campus location. Because our schedule is strictly locked into this campus matrix, we are unable to accommodate individual student schedule shifts or personal timing adjustments.
-
Because our curriculum is structured sequentially for the 6-student group, individual student absences (due to illness, family travel, or personal scheduling conflicts) cannot be individually rescheduled, credited, or refunded. The session slot is non-refundable and forfeited. We will happily ensure any physical lesson materials, decodable text sheets, or practice activities from that day are placed inside your child's Take-Home Portfolio so they can stay completely caught up at home.

Yes, cohort-wide make-ups are provided only if an entire group session must be canceled. This policy is strictly limited to instructor emergencies, instructor illness, or severe weather school campus closures. Under these rare group-wide circumstances, an alternative make-up date will be coordinated directly with the school administration to maintain learning momentum for all students.

Transitions are completely seamless and safe. Once the final school bell rings, your child will follow their campus's internal after-school enrichment protocol. They will be guided directly to our designated campus classroom by school staff or met directly at dismissal by the instructor.

Yes, we highly recommend packing a small, nut-free "afternoon fuel snack" and a water bottle inside your child's backpack. We dedicate the first 3–5 minutes of our hour to settling in and enjoying a quick snack so students can transition and recharge.

Dismissal takes place 1 hour after our start time. The instructor will personally escort students to the school's designated front entrance or after-school pickup area. Parents or authorized guardians must sign their child out directly with the instructor or the front school staff.
