Program Pricing

Fee & Investment Structure

  • All-Inclusive Flat Rate:

The Reading & Phonics program fee covers both pre- and post- evaluations, explicit instruction materials, diagnostic tracking, decodable text packs that remain onsite, and campus facility availability and coordination.

  • The Seat Commitment:

Due to the highly specialized nature of our 1:6 micro-cohorts, all program fee payments are strictly non-refundable upon registration. Because spaces are strictly capped at 6 students per campus cohort, your registration withdraws a limited seat from the public availability pool. Once a seat is secured, refunds, pro-rating, or transfers cannot be issued for cancellations—regardless of when the registration takes place.

  • Cohort Launch Requirements:

To guarantee the collaborative peer dynamic necessary for our academic practice games and structured group interventions, each campus cohort requires a minimum enrollment of 4 students to launch. If a target campus does not meet this 4-student minimum by January 8, 2027, the cohort for that specific campus will be canceled, and all registered families will instantly receive a 100% full refund of their program fee.

  • Diagnostic Evaluation & Roster Verification
To guarantee a cohesive learning environment, all registered students undergo a brief on-campus literacy evaluation in January prior to the cohort debut. Yaselah Phonics tracks are specialized group frameworks; they are not designed as a replacement for specialized, individual special education clinical therapy (e.g., intensive Dyslexia therapy). If pre-program evaluation data indicates that a child requires a highly individualized instructional pace, the seat will be released, a 100% full refund of the $520 program fee will be instantly processed, and the family will be prioritized for alternative support recommendations.

  • Materials Management:

While the master portfolio hard binder remains safe on-site for the duration of the program, students are responsible for maintaining their lightweight plastic take-home practice folder. In the event a student loses or destroys their take-home folder, parents are responsible for purchasing a replacement 3-prong poly folder so that weekly fluency grids, reading passages, and other best practice can continue to be securely distributed.

  • Timely Pick-Up:

Parents must pick up their child immediately at the designated conclusion time of the after-school session.

  • Behavioral Expectations:

Students are expected to maintain respectful classroom behavior. Yaselah Phonics reserves the right to dismiss any student whose behavior continuously disrupts the learning environment of the cohort, without a refund of tuition.

  • Portfolio Management:

All instructional materials and hard binders stay safe on-site for the first 14 weeks of the program to prevent loss. Portfolios are officially distributed to go home on the final week of the semester.

Registration & Secure Payment

The program fee must be paid in full to finalize your child’s enrollment. Upon clicking “Register” for a chosen program, you will be prompted to fill out your child's registration profile, followed by our secure checkout screen. Because cohort spaces are strictly capped at six students per campus, your student’s seat is only officially secured once payment is complete.

  • Accepted Payments: We accept all major credit, debit, and secure ACH bank transfers directly through our encrypted payment portal.

  • Processing Notice: To ensure seamless bookkeeping, we do not accept physical checks or cash payments at our campus locations.

Attendance & Cancellation

To ensure your child makes consistent, measurable progress, regular attendance is vital. Tailored literacy interventions require systematic, high-frequency practice. When you enroll in a program, you are reserving a dedicated, recurring time slot.

1. Cohort Sessions & Make-Up

Because classes are conducted for a specific cohort of 6 students with only one dedicated day at each school campus, individual scheduling adjustments cannot be accommodated.

  • No Individual Make-Up Sessions: If your child is absent due to illness, travel, or personal conflicts, that session is forfeited. No individual make-up sessions or refunds will be provided for individual student absences.

  • Cohort-Wide Make-Ups Only: Make-up dates will only be scheduled if an entire session must be canceled for the whole cohort. This is strictly limited to:

    • Instructor Absences: Emergency or illness.

    • Inclement Weather: Severe Dallas weather conditions (e.g., icy roads).

  • Rescheduling Format: In the event of a cohort-wide cancellation, a make-up date will be provided to keep the entire group on track and maintain learning momentum.
